My Journey
It has been through experiencing first hand, initially with my dear and passed mother and then within my own body, the devastating effects that long term stress can have on your body and your being. This coupled with an ever seeking heart and an earnest desire to serve has led me to the place I am now.
It has become my hearts work to guide and assist people along the way to regular releasing of emotion, blocked energy, stress & imbalance and to facilitate a cultivating of peace within their minds, bodies & souls. Returning them to themselves, creating space and quiet to regain clarity & perspective.
I have been doing energy healing work for almost 10 years and have recently included Kahuna body work to my offering. Kahuna is an ancient Hawaiian form of body work, that facilitates release on a physical, emotional & spiritual level, truly bringing us back to our innate vitality and lightness of being. There is much joy here.
This regular restoring of connection to self, to body and to God allows for a clearer sense of well being & purpose. Ultimately, I wish to empower my beautiful clients with tools to create this restoring, moment to moment, in their daily lives.
