FYI: if you’re going to be on the treadmill longer than an hour at Planet Fitness, choose the 10k option so it doesn’t shut you down after an hour. I almost made it to the 3.5 miles I planned. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Also, stay off the stair master. That thing is a torture device.
