Goddesses in America: Women Waking Up We are women who have had, or are having spiritual awakening experiences, and have come far enough al WHO ARE WE, AND WHY ARE WE HERE?

We are women who have had, or are having spiritual awakening experiences. We have come far enough along in that process to feel stable in our connection to Divine Self, and able to be present with you. We offer our support, should you be seeking that. Please, always, take what you like and leave the rest. We come from different walks of life, different faith traditions, or no faith tradition. We h

ave different orientations to sexuality and gender, we live very different types of lives, but we all share the unfolding process of spiritual awakening as our commonality. In spiritual communities, sometimes people, (especially women) are not encouraged to share their stories of awakening. Some of us may have even felt the need to hide these experiences because we wished to avoid being labeled or being seen as unstable emotionally or mentally. 'Goddesses in America' gives us a forum in which we can express ourselves without feeling like we'll be judged, or doubted. We wish to create a safe place for women to explore spiritual awakening together, and a space for women teachers, artists, poets and writers to connect. Please feel free to browse and enjoy the images and stories offered here, and if you are looking for spiritual support, several of the women here offer classes, workshops and mentoring. Many of us do not, but perhaps you will enjoy our videos, poetry, artwork and written sharing.
