1. Haematuria+ Abdominal mass+ Htn ‌ : Polycystic Kidney Diseases

2. Haematuria+ Abd Mass+ Weight loss ± Elderly pt: Malignancy

3. Haematuria+ esp. blood at the end of micturition ±Urgency± Hesitancy± Nocturia: BPH

4. Haematuria + esp. blood diffusely present throughout the urine ± lower abd pain: Bladder origin ( recurrent urethritia, stone, tumour)
