We’ve just landed in Europe! 💫

Me and my little travel companion have officially arrived — and I’m feeling so excited to begin this Ta**ra from the Heart tour across Europe.

In the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing and co-creating in some truly beautiful spaces: soon I’ll reunite with dear , and together we’ll head to the **rafestival to share the practices and meet the tribe.

From there, we will be offering Ta**ra from the Heart immersions in both and — gathering to explore connection, energy, and heart-based living.

We’ll complete the journey with our beloved retreat in June — a full-hearted immersion in nature, connection, and life force.
So much movement, so much aliveness… and I can’t wait to meet everyone along the way.

A few weeks have passed since our deepening immersion… and we are still integrating the transformation in our bodies, hearts, and souls. What we shared together was so magical.

We gathered in a circle, as a tribe, a living, breathing organism — ready to dive deep. Together, we explored the archetypes of the Lover, the Magician, the witch, the Wild Man & Woman, embodying different aspects of ourselves, integrating forgotten parts, and awakening the infinite universe that lives within all of us.

As men and women, we stood before one another — in reverence, in presence, in devotion. Honoring the dance of polarity that is happening within and outside of us, and choosing to remember something beyond the personal… while staying deeply rooted in our humanness. It was raw. It was real. Spirit was undeniably present, holding us, guiding us, weaving through every breath, every word, every breakthrough.

Thank you to every soul who said yes. Who chose to dive into the heart of ta**ra with us. Who brought your essence, your courage, your vulnerability. You are the medicine.

The immersions we are creating are not just workshops.
They are a portal. A remembering. A living ceremony of transformation — personal and collective.
And the journey continues…
