A body does not need force to soften, but it does need to feel safe.

When it receives a steady space, a gentle touch, and a listening presence safety can be felt.

When the nervous system senses support, the spine can begin to release the holding it created to protect you, and the system responds in its own time, often without a word needing to be spoken.

In the Spinal Flow Technique, we refer to the thoracic spine as the Centre Gateway. 🌟

Did you know that the thoracic spine has 12 vertebrae that sit between the neck and lumbar spine and gets its name from the Ancient Greek word thorax, which relates to the breastplate or chest.

The Centre Gateway is where our heart ❤️ and lungs 🫁 live and also can be the area where our deepest emotions from childhood that weren't resolved are stored as blockages.

Amazing 🤩

I shared this healing story recently while in Mexico attending and assisting with the new students who were learning this amazing healing modality!!

This story came from Lisa at Wave Spinal Flow Studio in Nova Scotia, and it’s a gentle reminder of how adaptable the body really is.

Her client had lived most of his life with a deep spinal curve. His system had learned how to compensate and hold itself together over many years.

After a few Spinal Flow sessions, there was a noticeable softening. His posture began to shift without being pushed or corrected. His nervous system looked calmer. Everyday functions felt less strained.

Nothing was forced. Nothing was rushed.

This is what happens when the body is supported instead of managed. It starts to do what it’s always known how to do.

So often we hesitate to invest in our health—until our body forces us to.

Hi everyone! After returning from Mexico at the end of November and being a part of the Event Team, helping new students learn the Spinal Flow Technique, I realized I wanted to make consistency more accessible to everyone!

This is why I’ve created the Unlimited Spinal Flow monthly Membership!! You can attend as many sessions per week as my schedule allows. Up to 7 sessions per week, at an incredible introductory offer! 🤩
For only $100 per week, or $400 per month, you can receive unlimited sessions!! That is less than the cost of 2 One on One sessions per week!! Payment options available as well.

I will still be offering One on One session’s for those who prefer more individual support, more communication during appointments etc…

I will have a limited number of spaces available for the Unlimited Membership to ensure everyone attending has access to available appointments. Once full, I will have the option of joining a waitlist until an opening becomes available.
