I have been studying hard for a while now, and I'm so excited to be able to offer you these sessions!

I am also a women's health coach, menopause specialist and have been in the industry working with women for 6.5 years!

Classes will be running weekly,

In bridgend town center at prestige dance school. Next to HSBC on Wednesdays + Fridays.

And Sunday's Bridgend Industrial,

Wednesdays and Fridays Mat classes are starting in January,

But you can join Sundays class now at a discounted December Rate.
