We'll kick things off with a feel-good workout designed to strengthen, sculpt and energise your body. Think empowering movement that leaves you feeling strong, not shattered.
🌞 Deep Stretch & Restore
Ease into a beautiful guided stretch to unlock tight muscles and release tension. Slow, soulful, and exactly what your body’s been craving.
🌞 Breathwork & Beachside Meditation
Let the world melt away as we ground ourselves with calming breathwork and a peaceful meditation to rebalance a busy mind. Walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply reconnected.
🌊 Optional Sea Dip (and yes, I’ll be leading the way!)
Cold water therapy can boost circulation, reduce inflammation and spark the happiest brain chemicals. Whether you paddle or fully plunge, it’s your call. No pressure, just pure reset vibes.
🥂 Brunch, Bubbles & Beach Chats
We’ll wrap up with a relaxed beach brunch. Feet in the sand, drink in hand, connecting with like minded women and soaking in the post-workout glow. Whether it’s fizz or juice, the vibe is: you’ve earned this.

T&Cs:
If the weather throws a tantrum (we’re talking storms, not just a light drizzle), we’ll reschedule and your ticket will roll over. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, if the retreat is postponed you will be offered alternative dates. Your alternative date is final, no transfer beyond that.
