Everyone who knows me personally knows that I have lived with Autoimmune disease for a long time and have struggled to get rid of the weight put on prior to my actual diagnosis. I have Hashimoto Thyroid disease. Basically my bodies antibodies attack what they think is wrong with my body but are not smart enough to only attack what is wrong and they attack everything. I refuse to allow this disease to rule my life and my health. I push through a lot of aches and pains daily but I do this because I know that the outcome is and will benefit me in the end. I am living proof that through exercise and eating clean diet Hashimoto’s is manageable. Call it mind over matter…will power…or what you will. I call it never giving up and taking control of a crippling disease and saying big F U! I WIN! 🥇💪🏼💃🏻🏋️🙌 This is a great read on the importance of exercise when it comes to Autoimmune disease.
