'I don't know what you did Jane, but it's magic!'

That the feedback I so often get from clients - both 1:1 and on my group programmes like Release and Reclaim.

It's actually very hard to describe what I do. I use ancient Hawaiian spiritual energy techniques and as a result people feel better, happier, more confident, more positive, more powerful, finally able to speak their truth, lighter, calm, feeling at peace, more in touch with your life's purpose. And more.

Is it coaching? Yes, I am an award winning coach with nearly 30 years' experience.

Is it energy healing? Yes, I am trained in, and teach others, Hawaiian energy release and healing work. Nearly 30 years' experience here, as well.

Is it spirituality? Most certainly. I work with the highest feminine energy on the planet - known as Na Wahine in Hawaiian. And with Source.

If you're a spiritually minded, female business owner or professional, and you want to release the mental and emotional blocks and baggage that hold you back from having your life as you want it, then check out Release and Reclaim (link in the comments below). A 10 week journey through the chakras to release the cr*p and step into your power. Starts July 24th

DO YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH?

I sometimes forget the power of the work that I do!
I’ve been working with a client suffering severe overwhelm, verging on burnout. This is true for many of my clients.

Three sessions in (and the first session with me is always a client history, so limited in its coaching-ness as it is number of set questions), my client is feeling lighter, they have perspective, and they’ve been able to uncover the real core wound, the deep belief that even underpins ‘I’m not good enough’.

Which had me thinking. I know a lot of people who have or have had a belief of ‘I’m not good enough’. I’m one of them, although I believe have dealt with that one. And it’s one of the self-beliefs that seems hardest to release. People do the release work, but then like a piece of jelly (jello if you are in Canada or USA), you squish it and it pops up somewhere else!

I suspect that, in such a case, one of the reasons it seems to ‘keep coming back’ is because it’s not the deepest aspect of the problem. For some people it’s a surface, superficial, easy-to-get-at expression of a belief about themselves that limits them in achieving what they want to and experiencing life the way they want to experience it.

It you’ve ever done work on letting go of an I’m not good enough’ and it’s come back or never really disappeared, it’s worth asking yourself is this the real belief at the deepest level.
And if I can help you get at what the real, deeper issue is, book a discovery call to see how I can do that. https://drjanelewis.com/diary

Agree? Disagree?

If you cultivate your body, mind, energy, and emotions to a certain level of maturity, meditation will naturally flower.

Fear of failure, fear of success, fear of overwhelm and burn out. Shame and frustration because I don’t speak up for myself and I let other people ride over my boundaries. Disconnection from myself and my inner power, and from Source itself. Difficulties in manifesting the results I want in my business

These are the kinds of issues participants in Release and Reclaim talk about when we have our introductory webinar. By the end of the programme, they are talking about increased confidence, absence of fear and anxiety (as in totally gone), they have rediscovered their ability to speak out powerfully and they feel more in touch with the Divine Feminine than they ever had before.

Oh, and manifestation! First £100,000 client, gaining three new high-value clients without doing any marketing, fearlessly opening up to extraordinary new opportunities, setting up a new business (previously an unrealised dream) and so much more.

I’m running the next round of Release and Reclaim starting 18 November, with an early bird offer running until 5 November. Come and join us! If you’re drawn to it, but want to know more, book a brief call with me and I’ll answer your questions.

Made this at a willow weaving class. It started as a duck, moved through a penguin phase, then finally emerged as Jemima Puddleduck. I won’t be selling it on Ebay any time soon, as she’s a bit scrappy, but not bad for a first attempt.

I’ve never done willow weaving before, and it’s far harder than I had thought. Trying not to whip a fellow student’s face with the end of the willow stick. Trying to bend the willow without it snapping. Getting all the birdy bits (feet, wings, tail, beak, head) in the right places relative to one another.

I didn’t mind my duck’s imperfections because I had gone there to have fun, with no real expectations about what the result might be.

How different it is when I am doing something ‘for real’, like designing a course. In the past my perfectionism really got in the way of even starting projects. It can still occasionally bite me in the bum. But I am so grateful for the way Huna has helped me get over that fear of failure.

If you’re a business-woman and perfectionism/fear of failure is still an obstacle for you, then check out Release and Reclaim (link below) to enable you to make such fears history.

A Time to Heal Old Wounds

These last few months of the year (October November December) always seem quite compressed. It's as if we had bounced out of summer, such as it was, into the dark days of autumn. There will be Halloween, November, Christmas parties, then everyone disappears for two or three weeks over Christmas. Depending how you manage it, it can feel quite frantic, as if time had run out on itself.

As if that were not enough, for a lot of businesses the end of the calendar year is also the end of the tax year!

When we are frantic or stressed, the last thing we think we have time for is self healing and healing old wounds. Yet this is a powerful season for doing healing work, so that when we get to January and we start to make our resolutions, we're making them while feeling resourced and nourished. How many times have you tried to make New Year resolutions from a place of total exhaustion or emotional baggage?

The 17th October is a Full Moon. Full Moons can help shine a light on what we need to be aware of and on this occasion the Moon is sitting right next to Chiron, the minor planet/comet representing the wounded healer. The energy of Chiron helps transform pain into wisdom, particularly in areas where you feel mentally or emotionally vulnerable or triggered, or you just know there are old wounds that need healing.

This is why this Full Moon is a particularly good opportunity to do some self-healing work.

I'll be running a full moon meditation with a healing intention on 17th of October at 7:30 AM UK time in the Secret Art of Huna Facebook group.

However, if you really want to take advantage of the prevailing energy to do some healing work on yourself, I have opened the doors to Release and Reclaim, my 10-week signature chakra healing programme, which goes deep and hits the spot by enabling you to heal spiritual, mental and emotional vulnerabilities that hold you back, chakra by chakra. We use the sacred force of the highest feminine energy on the planet – the Divine Feminine, if you like, to accelerate and deepen the healing process.

If you feel the slightest bit curious about Release and Reclaim, even if you aren’t sure, why not check out the information about it (see below).

“I didn’t have any specific intention when I signed up to Release and Reclaim. It was something I was interested in knowing more about…
Although I didn’t specifically think I had any blockages that needed to be released, after Release and Reclaim I attracted 3 x IDEAL clients who all came to me without me marketing to them. …It felt like total magic…”

As someone who has long talked about the role of forgiveness in healing (including trauma) it was so good to hear from the Templeton Foundation that they had awarded a generous prize to South African Dr. Pumla Gobodo-Madikizela 'in recognition of her groundbreaking insights into the mechanisms of trauma and forgiveness.'

Here's a link to a video about her work - fascinating if you're interest in the healing of trauma, the modern history of apartheid and South Africa. Even more fascinating as she describes how she, who previously had never paid any thought to forgiveness, was brought to the path of researching it by the South African women who talked of their willingness to forgive Eugene de K**k - one of the architects of some of the most horrendous outrages of apartheid.

As I look at current world events, I pray that the work of women like this can encourage us to take the risk of forgiveness to heal that which is broken.

The winner of the 2024 Templeton Prize is Dr. Pumla Gobodo-Madikizela, a professor and South African National Research Foundation’s Chair in Violent Historie...

Huna for Life Transformation

Welcome to the Secret Art Of Huna. This page is for spiritually minded people with an interest in Huna - the spiritual, energetic and healing traditions of the ancient Hawaiians. It might be you know something of Huna, or you might know nothing, or you might have learned about ho'oponopono (the Hawaiian forgiveness process which we also teach as part of Huna).

The purpose is to share information about Huna and the Hawaiian culture, and offer practical advice as to how we can apply this amazing wisdom in our lives to effect change. It's a space for learning and discussion and support and community.

Whether you're familiar with Huna or not, you feel called to learn more, and you're probably interested in letting going of mental and emotional baggage, like anger, shame or resentment or beliefs that hold you back. You're probably interested in manifesting more successfully, and even unleashing your inner sorceress for the benefit of yourself and of those you care about.

Dr Jane Lewis has over 20 years’ experience working with energy and energy healing, which she started when she was still a professional management consultant. She’s come a long way since then, after discovering Huna as a way of recovering from clinical depression without the benefit of pills. Today, as an qualified coach, NLP trainer, and clinical hypnotherapist she goes twice a year to Hawai’i to teach Huna there, and is one of only two people in the UK authorised to run 5 day intensive Huna retreats. With a PhD in esoteric studies, where her dissertation was all about using Huna to bring spirituality into leadership, her knowledge of Huna is both broad and deep.
