Grain Free Mama Ditching the grains and increasing our health and wellness. This page shows how I am transitioning back to a grain-free lifestyle while being a mama of 4!

This page might be helpful for 'perfect' paleo or grain free eaters, but I am also focused on changing in a sustainible way, and doing the best that I can. As a Mama of four children, I don't have a budget for everything organic and grass-fed (although I'd love it if I did ;-P ) and I am working my way up slowly to being fully grain free. I'm fighting my perfectionist tendencies whilst still givin

g priority to my health, dealing with illness and pain, raising great kids and always trying to improve myself. I have experienced eating 100% grain-free and my body loved it! One day I'll get back to that place, and in the meantime I'll do what I am able to take the baby steps to get there. I encourage you to do the same and do the best you can to eliminate grains - and have a goal to one day say your "final goodbye" to them.
