Goodness knows I love a good heandstand, but who would have thought that standing on my head would help the pain in my head?! .

I had a goal at the beginning of the year to be able to hold a headstand. One of my biggest fears is falling and hurting my neck, so I faced it head on!
By the end of January I was able to do a headstand with a wall behind me for peace of mind, and now... I can do a headstand just about anywhere! This pose makes me feel my strongest, I don't know of its because my body and core are working so hard to keep me upright, or because I've achieved a massive personal goal.
In no means have I perfected it. However I do have the confidence to keep practising and keep trying with different shapes and balances!
