*Going Strong Through the Shift*
This is a 6-week online program for perimenopausal and postmenopausal women who want to feel good in their bodies again and reclaim vitality.
👉 Maybe you’ve felt unmotivated.
👉 Maybe your strength and balance aren't what they used to be.
👉 Maybe you’ve gained weight
👉 Maybe you're dealing with aches and pains— and you don’t know where to start.
You are not alone. And you are *not* too far gone.
This program is a blend of structure and support:
✅ 3 short (20–30 min) workouts each week focused on strength, stability, and mobility
✅ Live Zoom sessions (plus replays), so you get guidance *and* flexibility
✅ A WhatsApp group for connection + accountability
✅ Built-in modifications for injuries or limitations
✅ Led by me! (a physical therapist and perimenopausal woman who gets it)
You don’t need to be “fit” to begin.
You don’t need fancy equipment or a perfect plan.
You just need a starting point.
