We’re thrilled to introduce Justin, our new Director of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS)/Employment Services!

Justin brings years of hands-on experience and a deep passion for helping others to his new role. He began his career in residential settings supporting individuals with disabilities, which led to helping community members across Carlton, Pine, Aitkin, St. Louis, and Cook Counties find meaningful, integrated employment.

For the past four years, Justin has worked with waiver and VRS services — most recently as a Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) Rehabilitation Representative, helping high school students prepare for life after graduation. He’s passionate about supporting people of all backgrounds in finding purpose & excitement in their work.

Outside the office, Justin enjoys fishing, being outdoors, spending time with family, propagating plants, and playing video games.
