Hydrate like it’s your full-time job, rock that maxi dress like it’s body armor, and if you’ve been living in front of the fridge with the freezer door open—we see you. Growing a human is hard enough without feeling like you're on the sun’s guest list.

Remember to hydrate, rest, and don’t feel bad if your new best friends are your A/C unit and a box of popsicles. We're here for you (in the nice, cool office).
