For when things are feeling awfully unstable, and it’s Monday…ground, breathe, move.
Stress and lack of time can paralyze us from doing the thing we need to do. We want (and most definitely need) the hour we don’t have. And, there is no shortage of stress right now.
But, we can (hopefully) reserve a few minutes for our well-being.
It’s incredible what 2 minutes of breath and movement can do. That small amount of time is enough to shift your whole day. You’re energy. You’re perspective.
We truly regain control when we connect to our breath.
So, let it go. Make some noise. Release and receive. Your nervous system will thank you 🙏
