For when things are feeling awfully unstable, and it’s Monday…ground, breathe, move.

Stress and lack of time can paralyze us from doing the thing we need to do. We want (and most definitely need) the hour we don’t have. And, there is no shortage of stress right now.

But, we can (hopefully) reserve a few minutes for our well-being.

It’s incredible what 2 minutes of breath and movement can do. That small amount of time is enough to shift your whole day. You’re energy. You’re perspective.

We truly regain control when we connect to our breath.

So, let it go. Make some noise. Release and receive. Your nervous system will thank you 🙏

Still tapping our way to school…

Felicity makes sure we do this every morning. It seems to be the one thing that has really helped with getting to school.

This is our version of EFT (emotional freedom technique) tapping.

Why do we tap?

It’s a clinically proven method of reducing stress and anxiety. It can literally re-wire the brain to help with fear, worry, trauma.

Kids can gain a sense of confidence and resilience. It also helps them learn to manage their emotions.

Felicity leads this now and I am so proud of her.
Little things can make a big difference.

(P.S. I gain just as much as she does with tapping…it works for all ages)
