Pregnant this summer?

Let’s talk about what your body really needs when the temps rise.

More water? Yes.
But also more minerals.
More blood sugar balance.
More rest.
More grace.

Because pregnancy during a heat wave hits different.

I was super pregnant in the summer and guess what the changes I made reduced any swelling I had and being in my 3rd trimester during heat waves wasn’t so bad.

Here’s what I focused on:
✨ Electrolytes, not just plain water
✨ Cooling, nourishing foods that don’t spike blood sugar
✨ Minerals like magnesium and potassium
✨ Lots of hydrating fruits & veggies

This is the fertility prep checklist I wish more women were given before trying to conceive.
Because when you know how to support your body, everything changes.

✨ Lower stress (with actual tools, not vague advice)
