ke up (grapefruit oil in warm water to help boost my metabolism and flush out toxins) till bedtime (diffuse lavender and bergamot for a blissful nights sleep) and throughout the day (peppermint oil in warm water for a natural tea and in my water to reduce food cravings). I have reduced the toxins in my body by making my own personal care products. I have reduced the toxins in my home by making my own cleaning products including washing powder, hand soap, bathroom cleaners, all purpose cleaners and dusting clothes. I use my oils to focus, energise and to wind down at the end of the day.
