It is so important to work on your strength as well as your flexibility, more so as we become older. I am really keen on exploring how yoga can strengthen your body, so I have organised a 2 hour workshop which will do just that. Plus you get some yummy homemade treats to reward yourself at the end.

Props!!! In Iyengar yoga we always use props and the chair makes a great prop…. Why use props? Props help you practice yoga safely and effectively, giving support through the poses to help you improve alignment and deepen your practice. The chair helps prevent injury, improve alignment and experiment with new techniques. Definitely no cheating when props are involved 😂 you know you’ve worked the next day.
