I was the fat kid on the playground. I was into adult sizes by my 10th birthday. Then I lost weight, but was tired of dieting. I thought I was a genius who invented my own weight maintenance trick. I didn't realize there was a clinical diagnosis and a name for my "genius idea." Bulimia Nervosa. I've been so deeply depressed that I've lost the will to live. I've hated my body so much that I've done horrible things to it. I've spent more years looking in the mirror with disgust than appreciation and admiration. This is my story. The story of a girl who was once lost, but is finding herself. I use my history as my STRENGTH. I don't ever want to be that sad girl again. I'm now a health and fitness coach, certified personal trainer, INSANITY LIVE instructor, and currently studying nutrition. My goal is to help others who have suffered from self-hatred and self-harm overcome their demons and empower themselves. I'm really just your average girl -- Disney lover, dog mom, wife to my high school sweetheart. I just have big dreams, and I want to help others fulfill theirs!
