Despite the sustainable and conscious mindset of a yogi, the majority of yogis still uses the standard PVC plastic yoga mat. Today, there are only few alternatives. It is our goal to change that:
We produce yoga mats out of recycled PET bottles. Not only do we want to pursue the recycling of plastics, but also invest part of the return in the cleanup of our ocean and make drinking water accessible to everyone.
With the yōyoka-mat, it is our aim to make yoga more sustainable, to support freeing the ocean from plastic consistently and to spread awareness throughout society to foster change.
