Life lately. However, on the last slide I do reflect on being bald in 2022. 😅😝 (fun fact: I love a baldy on us ladies, really bad!!)

The truth is, the surrender will be uncomfortable. The walk will be unfamiliar. You pray for a smooth transition but in reality life will be more rocky than it’s ever been. It’s the uproot, the pruning, the purging. It’s the digging up what can’t stay. The feeling is of death, yes, something is dying. The old you. The old you, and the surrendered you can’t live together.

The truth is, the surrender will be uncomfortable.
Life is just beginning, but this time with God. Getting to know him, what he requires of you, and who won’t like you because of it. All at the same time. Get comfortable in this uncomfortable place, you may be here for what seems like a while. But while you’re there, obey. Please.

The truth is, the surrender will be uncomfortable.
Now, get to know the new you, fall in love actually. You might as well, you can’t go back there. So, while you’re here, give yourself grace. Remember, you don’t know you, they don’t know you, grace.
