Try these Sweet & Salty Seed Crackers from Wild Belly Wellness Co. Maple syrup provides a slight sweetness and nori offers a fun and briney saltiness.

• 4 Nori sheets, crumbled
•1/2 c. each of: Flax, chia, raw sunflower,
raw pumpkin and sesame seeds
• Little less than 1/2 c. Maple syrup
(blend slowly and add as needed to achieve “tacky” consistency)
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Mix together all of the seeds and nori.
Stir in maple syrup until all of the mix is coated and achieves a sticky consistency.
Pour mixture out onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and press until 1/4 inch thick.
