Once upon a time, I made a page to document my weight loss journey and encourage others doing the same. I called it “Baby Steps to Fitness”.
The page had evolved with me as a struggled to maintain my weight loss and positive mindset. I’ve tried and dabbled with many different nutrition and exercise programs, and then ultimately gave up trying.
I don’t know what or how it happened, but I’m back to take control of what I’m eating and how I’m moving.
This picture is my “baby step” this week. I prepped 5 bags of sliced apples for my snack this week. There was a time I prepped ALL of my food for the week. I am calling THIS a success and a step forward to good health.
What’s your favorite healthy snack?
