🧹 Reduce Workspace Clutter for Greater Concentration 🧹

Decluttering your workspace, physically and mentally, can make a big difference in your ability to focus in a noisy environment. 🧠✨

📚 Organize Your Space 📚
A chaotic workspace can add to mental clutter. Keep your desk organized and tidy to create a pleasant and less distracting environment.

🤫 Create a Quiet Zone 🤫
Consult your manager about designating a specific area as a quiet zone. This space should be free from distractions and equipped with comfortable seating and lower lighting.

🔇 Use Noise Barriers 🔇
When possible, choose sound-absorbing materials like curtains, acoustic panels, or office dividers. Thoughtful design and placement can cut down on noise while maintaining a collaborative environment.

Getting focused in a bustling workplace can be a challenge, but it’s not insurmountable. Solutions such as hearing protection can form part of an overall treatment plan to help you tune out harmful noise and tune in to better health.

Our Story

Carolina Hearing Group was founded by Brad Baldwin, Au.D., with the purpose of providing a unique hearing experience through service, education and technology. We strive to provide the highest quality and most compassionate service to our patients through the use of technology and education. Carolina Hearing Group merged with Hearing & Sound Services in 2004, and has become one of the premiere diagnostic audiology and hearing aid service providers in North Carolina.

We want our patients to enjoy wearing their hearing aids and feel good about their purchase. In an effort to provide quality control, accurate fitting, and competitive fair pricing, we have established a hearing aid program with the highest of standards. We encourage you to research new hearing aid technology and discover what these new instruments have to offer.

Our work is about much more than dispensing the best hearing technology. It’s about building relationships: between our patients and the family members they can hear again, but also between our patients and our team. Our mission is to provide our community with better hearing so that people can connect with one another, and in order to do that, it’s critical that we understand your needs and build a relationship with you. Just imagine going to a place that not only helped you hear better but that also cared about you. What would that feel like? Wouldn’t you want your family and your friends going to a place like that? We would, too, and we work tirelessly every day to create that kind of environment for our patients.
