Update:
I'm down 26 lbs since July. I'm still getting my 30 minute workout done 4 to 5 time a week. Finally people are noticing that I've lost some weight. I still have at least 30 more pounds to lose but I'm feeling better everyday.
The new year is coming soon and if you want to lose weight message me. I am here to motivate you to get healthy.
