Give this Functional FullBody HIIT workout a try! For all levels, modifications are provided within the workout. ☝🏻🏋🏼♀️😎👌🏻
•
All you need is a Chair, Dumbbells, Body weight & a Mat or you can improvise with bottles of water or cans and a beach towel and a Sofa or a Stool. 💪🏻🪑💦 •
Warm up - Perform each move for 30 sec (5 min)
•
Workout- Perform each exercise for 90 sec each or 45/45 seconds on each side of the body. Left/Right 😅
•
Perform 2 Rounds Total of the Sequence. ⏱
•
Recover 15 seconds in between exercises & 90
seconds between Rounds. 🙌🏻 ✅
•
Post-workout- StretchIng (5 min) - check out my Stretching Videos on YouTube. •
Duration: 30-60 mins (30 min per Round including Warm up & Stretching)

6) BENT OVER PENDULUM
7) ELEVATED SIDE PLANK 45/45 sec
😎 BENT KNEE HINGED TAP UP 45/45 sec
9) BULGARIAN SPLIT 45/45 sec
10) SEATED KNEE UPS
11) DECLINE PLANK SHOULDER TAPS
12) SEATED ROTATING RAINBOW KNEE TUCKS
