Resistance is often necessary; it makes us stronger and more resilient. Just like working out.
However SOME resistance will hold us back and become a burden.
Not all heavy loads are meant to be carried. We may fool ourselves and say we are carrying it well, but it certainly doesn’t mean that it isn’t heavy.
We have enough on our plate already, without having to carry more.
While we are adamant about shedding weight for the New Year, take a look at how we can shed some of the burdens we carry. Your emotional and mental health is important as well.
