Both Megan and Griffin took on a sprint triathlon this past weekend. Griffin even nabbed a 🏆 and was pretty proud of his time (as he should be!).

But here’s the real win 👀 setting goals big and small and chipping away at them with consistency and perseverance. Because it’s not just about finish times…it’s about crossing finish lines, whatever that looks like for you.

We’re also reminded what a privilege it is to be able to move our bodies like this. One day, we may not be able to. So let’s use it, enjoy it, and preserve it.
