This training is designed specifically for the agricultural community and participants will learn how to identify when someone may be struggling with their mental health and how to respond supportively.

Guardians from across Ontario’s agricultural community came together to share stories, deepen their skills, and strengthen their capacity to support mental wellness in rural life. From meaningful conversations and workshops to coffee-fuelled connections and time spent outside in nature, every moment reminded us of the power of community.
