Big Love Youth Projects CIC is a social enterprise with big ambitions.
It’s time I put my big girl pants on and roll out what I’ve been building over the last 12 months!

In the background, I’ve been working on some big things:

This work began with adults like me — people who never learned how to understand their nervous system or navigate stress in school. I started sharing what I wish I’d been taught.

Because the tools we needed then are often the tools we still need now.

It’s never too late to start learning, regulating, recovering — especially when we feel supported.

For five years, I ran a membership space that offered yoga, breathwork, nervous system care — and a soft place to land.

But earlier this year, I paused it.

Not because I stopped believing in it.

I needed space to breathe, reflect, and remember what Big Love was really meant to be.

What happened in the months after wasn’t what I expected — and that’s where the next chapter of Big Love began to take shape.

The Big Love Club (membership 2.0) is returning — not as it was or as the whole story, but as one part of a much wider offering.

A gentler, more spacious version of the membership is on its way — woven into a growing hub of tools, community, and care.

I’ll be sharing more soon about what’s shifting (and what’s staying true to its roots).
