Aberfoyle Walk in the Park Walks for all abilities, dementia friendly walks, car-share on several occasions. Max 1.5 hrs walking It’s also a great way to meet new people.

Walk in the Park health walks utilise the beautiful and nurturing surroundings of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. We are one of the best examples of a successful health walk programme in Scotland. Join us for a free, fun and easy way to get fit and feel better. Come along to a walk in Aberfoyle on Mondays, always meet at 10.20am behind the Scottish Wool Centre in the car park. No need to book simply turn up and join in … everyone’s welcome! All of our walks aim to be accessible and interesting for everyone. They last about 45 to 60 minutes
The routes are mostly flat, with slight inclines
They have good walking surfaces
Some are around the town, others out in the countryside
If you are unsure about joining the group immediately, find out about our strength and balance sessions to build your confidence, and join the walking group when you are ready.

Join us for a free, fun and easy way to get fit and feel better. Come along to a walk in Aberfoyle on Mondays, always meet at 10.20am behind Tourist Information Centre in the car park.

No need to book simply turn up and join in … everyone’s welcome! It’s also a great way to meet new people and we usually enjoy a coffee and a chat together after the walk.
