Today, we honor the strength, resilience, and courage of individuals living with cerebral palsy — and the families, caregivers, and providers who walk alongside them every day.

As a Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I’m reminded that true health is not just physical — it’s emotional, mental, and spiritual. Each person’s journey is unique, and every small victory is a step toward greater independence, inclusion, and hope.

There’s nothing quite like meeting new families and welcoming newborns into the world. 💜

As a mobile Family Nurse Practitioner and IBCLC, I have the privilege of meeting families right where they are — in their own homes, surrounded by love, comfort, and those precious first memories.

Each visit is a reminder of why I do what I do — to nurture, educate, and support families through one of the most beautiful (and sometimes overwhelming) seasons of life. From newborn checkups to postpartum support, it’s an honor to help families feel confident and cared for.

It’s more than healthcare — it’s heart care. 💜

Today, we had the honor of walking alongside survivors, families, and advocates at the Choose you Walk for Life supporting breast cancer awareness and survivors! đź’•
This walk reminds us of the power of community, hope, and early detection. Screening saves lives. Ladies, get your mammograms scheduled!

We are grateful to stand with so many who have fought, are fighting, and those we walk in memory of. May we continue to raise awareness, encourage screenings, and surround one another with love and prayer. đź’—

These gifts are more than ornaments — they are tokens of gratitude for those who believed in the vision that God placed on my heart and helped spark the dream of opening Blessed & Healthy Families.
