Did you know you can use a simple massage ball (or 2 placed in a sock) at home to ease tightness in your upper back and shoulders?
Hereโs how:
1๏ธโฃ Place a massage ball between your upper back and a wall.
2๏ธโฃ Gently lean back, letting the ball press into those tight spots.
3๏ธโฃ Slowly roll side-to-side or up-and-down until you find areas of tension.
4๏ธโฃ Hold gentle pressure for 20โ30 seconds, then release.
This can help release trigger points, improve circulation, and reduce upper back, neck & shoulder tension.
