I’m not sure if anyone will see this, I haven’t posted in a very long time, since I stopped attending births due to COVID. I am hoping to get advice about something unrelated to birth photography. A couple of weeks ago my personal FB page was hijacked and disabled and I have been unable to get it back. (My husband was an admin for this page, which is how I am able to access it.) I am curious to know if anyone has any ideas on what I could try? So far I have: “reported a problem” using my husbands account. I have uploaded identifying documents to prove I am a real person. I have called Facebook. I have sent about a dozen emails, most of which have been bumped back. I have sent certified mail to their corporate office and headquarters. I have private messaged Facebook here on FB and on instagram. My husband spoke to an Occulus representative. I don’t know what else to try. Since we all use FB for free they apparently don’t feel obligated to provide any type of customer service. Is there anything else I can do? Thank you so much for any advice!!!
