BALANCE AND STRENGTH THROUGH YOGA:
If you feel a little wobbly at first, keep at the practice. Yoga – even twice a week for a month – can significantly improve your balance.
Moving in and out of yoga poses, will stretch your muscles, tendons, and connective tissues, close to their maximum capacity. Repeating these movements can strengthen your core and your limbs.
The more you practice, the more you create muscle memory. You will have increased flexibility and fluidity thereby
protecting your joints and muscles from injury!
