It’s Monday and we are here to remind you that You got this! Here are 10 little things you can do to bring some balance to your days:

1- start your day with a workout
2- sign off of electronic devices after 9 PM
3- remind yourself of “who you really are”, and what you bring to the table
4- add greens to one meal
5- hang out with your friends
6- do a vision board
7- listen to some music while sipping to your favorite tea
8- put on music and dance just for the hell of it
9- always chose kindness, specifically to yourself
10- remind yourself you got this!

Your body responds (positively) to movement.

The best type of immune cells are released during exercise, and one of the best ways to relief stress is with a daily dose of a fun work out.

Here are a few tips on how to integrate more movement to your days effectively and safely:

1-Know the Exercise guidelines: the physical activity guidelines in the US recommends 150-300 minutes/week of moderate intensity exercise, or 75-150 minutes/week of vigorous exercise, plus an additional two days of strength training for healthy adults

2-Plan your workouts and set weekly fitness goals

3-Consistency is key!

4-Find a workout buddy or team

5-Make it fun bypicking a workout that you actually enjoy

6-Have a spot designated for your workouts

7-Pick the same time to work out every day (no matter what)

8-Wake up at the same time and go to bed at the same time every day

9-Remember: moderation is key! Exercise isn’t necessarily a prescriptive tool. Rather, its benefits are largely preventative.
