This yummy raw mandarin ice cream cake is sugar, wheat, dairy and egg free. Made mainly from ground cashews, mandarins and coconut cream. The base is easy as to make and is just three ingredients. The topping is cranberries marinated in maple syrup and mandarin juice. Recipe will be available soon
