They’ll tell you daily bowel movements mean you’re “losing nutrients” and that fiber is just filler and waste.

But here’s the truth:

âś… Nutrients get absorbed in the small intestine, not the colon.
✅ What comes out is waste, not “lost nutrition.”
âś… Daily p**ps mean your digestion works, and that your gut is being fed, not starved.

Let’s stop treating basic human physiology like a debate.

The federal government is suing California…because they claim it’s too expensive for farms to meet basic animal welfare standards.

The law they’re fighting wasn’t perfect, but it required that hens be given enough space to extend their wings—something every living being deserves.

And that is what they say costs too much.

Meanwhile, Americans are eating more eggs than we have in 50 years.
Eggs are the #1 source of cholesterol in our diet.
And heart disease is still the #1 killer.

We’re sacrificing basic decency and our health… for what?
A cheaper breakfast?
