In this omicron variant wave... Keep urself fit and safe by maintaining social distancing,regular use of mask when in public places
*eat chyavanpraash daily 1 tsf with warm water on empty stomach
*drink warm water with tulsi arka atleast twice a day
*exercise regularly for atleast 30 min
*avoid outside n spicy n processed food, eat simple homemade food which is easy to digest
*take adequate rest n sleep...
*do pranayam regularly for intake of adequate oxygen in ur lungs..
*Get vaccinated as soon as possible..
