Wife to hubby, Mike Reich. I have always been an athletic person and have been pretty active with fitness, but after having my son Cooper, well, my body went through some major changes! It was difficult to get back into shape and eat healthy due to how busy life can be with 2 older children and now a baby. I have lost about 30 lbs with the many different workout programs plus clean eating and drinking my Superfood Shake everyday. My mission is to help you be successful too by sharing tips and tools that I used on my own journey! This page is to help encourage people to live a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to provide you with healthy recipes, effective workouts, daily motivation and one-on-one/team coaching. I will run challenges that will help push people that need to start an exercise and healthy eating program or just help people struggling through a plateau towards their fitness goals. ✨ My Top 3 Takeaways from Elevate 2025 ✨

I came home from Chicago with a full heart and so much inspiration. Here are the 3 things that stuck with me most:

1️⃣ Community is everything. There is nothing like being in a room with women who are passionate about wellness, purpose-driven, and cheering each other on. It reminded me why I love what I do.

2️⃣ Growth happens outside of comfort zones. I walked in nervous, but I walked out empowered. The moments that scare us a little are usually the ones that shape us the most.

3️⃣ Small changes create big impact. From wellness routines to non-toxic swaps, I was reminded again that consistent, simple steps can transform our health and our lives. 🌿

I’m so grateful I said yes to this opportunity. My mission feels clearer than ever—to help women feel better, live healthier, and thrive. 💫

This weekend was my very first Hugh & Grace conference, and wow—I don’t think I’ll ever forget it.

I walked in nervous, but I’m leaving inspired, encouraged, and so grateful for this community of women who are passionate, purpose-driven, and committed to making a difference. 💫

There’s something so powerful about connecting face-to-face, sharing stories, and realizing we’re all walking this journey together. My heart (and notebook!) are full, and I’m so thankful I said yes to this opportunity.

✨ Off to Chicago! ✈️
Today kicks off my very first Elevate Conference with Hugh & Grace, and I can hardly believe I get to be part of this.

I’m a mix of nerves and excitement—stepping into a room full of women who are passionate, purpose-driven, and ready to make an impact together. This journey has already brought so much growth, and now I get to connect face-to-face with ladies I’ve only known online up until now. 🤍

Bonus: my sister-in-law is driving over so we can spend the weekend together too! 🥰

I can’t wait to soak in the energy, learn, and keep growing alongside this incredible community. Here’s to new experiences, meaningful connections, and embracing the opportunities that scare us a little (because they’re usually the ones that change us the most).

A teenager… how did we get here so fast? It feels like just yesterday you were a little boy with the sweetest smile, and now you’re stepping into this brand-new chapter.

We are so incredibly proud of you—not just for all you do, but for the kind, funny, hardworking, and caring person you are becoming. Watching you grow into yourself is one of the greatest gifts of our lives.

Even though I sometimes wish I could freeze time, I’m so excited to see the young man you’re becoming—the friendships you’re building, the passions you’re chasing, and the joy you bring into every room. And yes, I’ll treasure every single hug and snuggle I can still get. ❤️

My Story

Hi!!! Did you randomly come across my page? Well let me share with you a little bit about myself and my journey I have been on. I am a wife and mom/stepmom to 3 amazing kids. Cade 18 years old, Maddie 15 years old and Cooper 7 years old.

About 4 years ago I started a fitness journey that completely changed my life!
