The Outsmart Asthma Page is intended to spread awareness for a more affordable alternative to asthma control. This page is not meant to be a venue for reporting side effects associated with Teva Respiratory, Inc. products, or other companies’ products. FDA regulations specify how we handle references to side effects associated with prescription drugs. Therefore, if you post comments that refer to possible adverse events or side effects, we may need to contact you for additional information, per our adverse events reporting guidelines. To report adverse reactions to our products, please contact drug.safety@tevausa.com. You can and should also report potential side effects of any prescription drug to the FDA. 1. English is the official language of the Outsmart Asthma page.
2. Be courteous and respectful. Don't post any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered an offense or give rise to liability or would otherwise violate the law. Inappropriate language is also prohibited.
3. Comments which include personal information, such as contact information, for someone other than yourself will be removed. Please don't use our Facebook content as a place to promote your product or pitch your services. We reserve the right to delete any links to personal products or services that don't relate to the mission or purpose of the Outsmart Asthma page.
4. All postings are reviewed by the Outsmart Asthma comment moderators and are subject to removal if they are deemed to violate this Code of Conduct. Due to regulations, all mentions of product names, product-specific information, or implied references to specific products, as well as mentions of specific names of healthcare providers or facilities will be removed by a Comment Moderator.
5. Outsmart Asthma assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the User Content of the Page, nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information within this Page.
6. From time to time, this Page may contain information related to various health conditions, medical and fitness conditions, and their treatment. We hope that this Page serves as a resource, but please do not use information on this Page to replace conversations with your doctor. 10. Because of the limitations of Facebook and federal regulations governing how we communicate about our treatments, we are not able to discuss treatments on our Timeline.
11. Our page is not the best place to discuss safety issues or side effects associated with our treatments or other companies' products or treatments.
