I practise Zen and Shin Tai Shiatsu, as well as baby Shiatsu. I am a mother of two wonderful children. I am a mother, language teacher, therapist and mindfulness (Yoga, meditation) practitioner. I started learning shiatsu in 2014 at the British School of Shiatsu in London, thrown into the practice of Shin Tai Shiatsu. Shin Tai is an innovative evolution of shiatsu that was developed by Saul Goodma
n. Shiatsu Shin Tai expands on traditional Shiatsu massage to create an evolutionary system of diagnosis and technique that stimulates the flow of life force in the body. There is a focus on the treatment of the two primary meridians, Governing Vessel and Conception Vessel, creating a powerful system of diagnosis, theory and technique that facilitates deep transformation. A unique synthesis of structural, fascia, meridian, and chakra technique, this therapeutic bodywork clears stress from the body, and naturally stimulates the flow of energy. In early 2015, within 6 months of practising Shin Tai, I welcomed my first pregnancy which lead me to start Baby Shiatsu training in 2016 when my daughter was 3 months old. I had my son in 2018 and after the end of the pandemic, I carried on with my professional continuous development by taking on Zen Shiatsu training with London College of Shiatsu. In 2022, I volunteered at Crisis in Croydon to support the homeless and rough sleepers by offering seated shiatsu sessions weekly. In 2023, we moved to The Basque Country in search for a slower and healthier pace of life to raise our children and ourselves :)
I am now giving shiatsu treatments, as well as workshops, in Orio, Guipuzkoa.
