I was different than I used to be.

Waking up felt harder. Recovery took longer. The energy I had in my twenties? Gone.

Everyone said it was normal. “You’re getting older.” “That’s just life.”

But I couldn’t accept that. Not at 31.

So I got my blood work done. And for the first time, I had answers. Real data. Not guesses.
