Today marks one year since the passing of our incredible founder, Margaret Miles‑Bramwell OBE. Her vision, her courage, and her belief in every single member continue to shape everything we do.

Her words still guide us.
Her legacy still inspires us.
Her impact is felt in every group, every success, and every life changed.

I’m so proud of every single person who walks through my doors at THRAPSTON SLIMMING WORLD, of the people who take that first, daunting step towards changing their lives forever, to the members who continue to put their trust in me and in our group and to my wonderful target members who continue to support and inspire the group. I’m so proud of you all ❤️

Hi to all the Mums and babies out there! This is my gorgeous nephew Otto enjoying his avocado!

My name is Sarah, mum of 5 gorgeous ‘children’ (all grown up now, but those manic days with 5 under 8 will stay with me forever 🤣) and I run your local Slimming World groups in Thrapston.

After I had my children, I desperately wanted to shift some pounds and I just wanted to reach out to any of you that might feel the same.

My groups are warm and friendly, we LOVE welcoming mums and children (I’ve been known to have a cuddle!) and it’s a safe space where you can meet other people, have a cuppa and start or continue your weight loss journey.
