- Various Locations across Southampton, Fareham, Bursledon, North Baddesley.

- Full time permanent contract (average 40 hours a week rota based on the needs of the home)

The role:

The health and wellbeing of our service users are paramount, we are looking for support workers that are passionate in helping us in provide this.

Your role will be in creating a respectful culture and ethos within the home setting. Encouraging the service users to achieve their full potential whilst undertaking varied and stimulating activities throughout the day with your support. Using your skills and experience gained in similar roles to achieve this or an opportunity to develop new ones.
