It’s that time of year!! We are updating our membership and are hoping you will join us! Whether you are committing to another year or joining for the first time, we are thrilled to welcome you into the fold. Looking forward to another year of LIM community. Less than two weeks until our next gathering!! Our speaker this time is Heather Simonson a LCSW who is also a Certified Sexuality Educator, providing us with knowledge on a holistic approach to s*xual health. As midwives we have to be ready and prepared for the variety of s*x health topics that may come up with our clientele! We are excited for this talk!! We will also have a surprise treat to provide a little nurturing and love to all of you! Join us on February 12th from 7-8:30pm!! Looking forward to a vibrant new year continuing to connect as colleagues. Thank you for opening your space to us for the evening!!

SAVE THE DATE! Kicking off our plan for monthly chats beginning on Monday, January 29th virtually. Our first one will be a spotlight on the latest evidence. Bring a journal article regarding something that is peaking your interest in GYN or obstetrical care and engage in discussion with your peers! Zoom link to be sent via email. Happy National Midwifery Week 💞 how apropos for us to get together for a vis a vis, trying to find ways to re-energize the LI Midwives and get in an annual GYN exam! We want to see more of you, be in community with the variety of dynamic midwives serving on Long Island.
