I am a married over 40-year-old over-weight former type-2 diabetic (pre-diabetic as of 2017) who intends to remain med free.
My goal has been to illustrate how, while maintaining a low carb/keto way of eating, you can eat pretty much anything your heart desires. Living off of hamburger patties and eggs is NOT your only option! I share my recipes and the glorious recipes of others to demonstrate that most of the time, it's making your food special (not making special foods) that enables us to maintain this way of eating.
