🌻As summer reaches its peak and we begin to welcome in Leo season ♌, we’re creating space to celebrate the bold, creative, and expressive energies this season brings.

🌼Our focus for the morning will be the sacral chakra 🧡—the energy centre linked to creativity, passion, and emotional flow—and the empowering Leo ♌️ spirit that reminds us to shine brightly and express our true selves.

🌷Emma and I are both Reiki practitioners 🤲 and we’ll guide you through a blend of Reiki therapy, grounding exercises, and nervous system-soothing mindfulness tools 🧘‍♀️—all designed to bring you back into balance and connection.

❗️Most people don’t change until the pain of staying the same becomes greater than the pain of changing.

📛That moment came for me a few years ago, when I hit rock bottom with weekend binge drinking—using it to escape a reality I didn’t want to face.

⚖️ Eventually, the balance tipped.
🚫The discomfort of staying stuck finally outweighed the fear of changing.

⚠️That’s when my journey began.

🆘 If I can give u any advice, it’s this:

🔅Start the inner work before the crisis forces you to.

❌ Because the truth is, we don’t have to wait until it all falls apart to begin.

🩷I found my people then found myself!
