Julie Swartz-Health and Fitness Coach My journey started several years ago when I contracted a virus that left me with a chronic dizziness. These programs have allowed me to be able to achieve that.

I became out of shape and had to find a way to improve my health. I am especially interested in helping those with current health problems or physical obstacles to overcome!
