Your dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to the children we serve have truly made a difference in their lives. The countless hours you’ve spent planning, organizing, and executing our programs have not gone unnoticed. Your creativity and enthusiasm have brought joy and inspiration to our ministry, creating a nurturing environment where our children can learn, grow, and thrive.

It’s heartwarming to see how you all come together as a team, supporting one another and sharing your unique talents. Whether it’s through engaging activities, heartfelt lessons, or simply being a listening ear, you have shown what it means to truly care. identity refers to ...
* who you are... your sense of self including your values, beliefs, and characteristics.
* how you see yourself. yourself perception, personality, and individuality.
* how others see you. your social identity, including, roles, relationships and affiliations.

Your identity is important because...
# your identity shapes your sense of self influence how you perceive yourself, and your place in the world.
# Your identity guides your values and decisions. informing your choices and priorities.
# It impacts your well being. a positive sense of identity can contribute to mental health and happiness.

Day 2 – Closing Session

We concluded Day 2 with a powerful preaching session led by Pastor Divine Kazwenge , who shared a heartfelt message on the conference’s main theme — “Anchored Teens: Finding Purpose and Identity in Christ.”

He reminded the young learners that their true foundation must always be in Christ, and that only through Him can they discover who they really are and why they exist.

The session ended in a moment of deep reflection and prayer as Pastor Oliver prayed over the teens, dedicating their lives, dreams, and future paths to God.
It was a time of renewal, purpose, and spiritual awakening for many.

Our 3-Day Journey | Day Two: Education and Life Skills 🍰📘

We wrapped up Day 2 with an inspiring and hands-on session led by Ms. Rabecca Banda, focusing on the importance of combining education with practical skills.

She reminded the teens that education builds knowledge and discipline, while skills build independence and opportunity.
As they grow, both are essential for a successful and balanced life.

The lesson didn’t end in words — the teens got creative during a cake-making session, where they learned and practiced together.
The excitement continued as the cake was completed and shared on the third day during our closing ceremony.

Why Education and Skills Matter:
-Education opens the mind — skills open doors.
-A skill can sustain you even when opportunities seem few.
-Combining both gives you confidence and independence.
-Learning never stops — every skill adds value to your purpose.

We’re raising a generation that is not just spiritually anchored, but also skilled and prepared for life!

Our 3-Day Journey | Day Two: Life Lessons & Overcoming Temptations 🙏💬

In this life, it’s important for our young people to learn the truth about life — the do’s and don’ts, and the consequences of certain actions and behaviors that can cause permanent damage.

This session was handled with care and honesty, as we separated the boys and girls to address sensitive topics relevant to each group.
It was essential for everyone to have a safe space to learn, ask questions, and grow.

We’re so grateful for the impactful teachings from Mr. Sylvester Nyambe and Mrs. Dodia, who guided these sessions with wisdom and grace.

Later, Mr. Robert led a powerful discussion on Overcoming Sin and Temptation, helping the teens understand the importance of developing practical strategies to stay strong and make the right choices.

Each moment reminded us that growth happens when truth meets love — and when the young are guided with purpose and care.

Day Two (Main Lesson): Finding Identity in Christ
The day continued with a powerful lesson on Identity - reminding every teen that knowing who you are determines how you live
In the search for identity, many are shaped by social media, friends, and society's standards But true identity is not found in what the world says - it's found in Christ.
How to Find Your Identity:
1 Know Who Created You - You're made ir God's image
2 Build a Relationship with Christ - The closer you walk with Him, the clearer your identity becomes.
3 Understand Your Purpose - Purpose gives direction and meaning Separate Truth from Influence - Don't let social media define you
5 Surround Yourself with the Right People - Choose those who bring out the best in you.
6 Embrace Growth and Grace - Becoming who God made you takes time and faith.
